REFUND POLICY

Open for Business — Course
We offer a 14-day refund if you have completed no more than 2 of the 8 modules and submit your request within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@bookkeepertable.com with your order number. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
Not eligible: requests after 14 days or after completing more than 2 modules.
The Table — Monthly Membership
Non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel anytime through Circle — access continues through your paid period. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
QBO Coaching Sessions
Non-refundable. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. If Jessica cancels, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Toolkit Bundle & Digital Products
Non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
